At least seven people, including three children, have been killed after a series of devastating tornadoes swept through the South. The children were pronounced dead at the scene.

In central Texas, approximately a dozen people were injured in Franklin where a tornado was confirmed by the National Weather Service, according to The Dallas Morning News.
