Wade bags triple-double in finale, but Nets top Heat

The first 80 games of this Miami Heat season have served as a celebration of the incredible career and accomplishments of Dwyane Wade.

I really don't know anyone that doesn't like Miami Heat Superstar Dwayne Wade.

Usually, the only games that result in the willingness by some people to pay outrageous prices are championship events such as the NBA Finals or the Super Bowl. The Nets are even with Orlando but own the head-the-head tiebreaker and would finish sixth with a win or if the Magic lose Wednesday at Charlotte.

In their last game, back on March 2, the Heat routed the Nets 117-88.

Wade will play in his final National Basketball Association game this evening, when the Heat take on the Nets in Brooklyn. "But I'm truly amazed that he was able to perform like that tonight".

Wade had already marked his last home appearance with a 30-point game earlier in the week. While the Heat were eliminated, it did help put a nice bow on the end of an era for Wade.

James added: "He's given so much to this game". "Just to clinch a playoff spot, it's a big moment for the organization for sure, and we're all very happy". Caris LeVert and Spencer Dinwiddie continue to be go-to players in the second unit, and they finished with 18 and 12 points respectively.

Goran Dragic leads the Heat averaging 5.0 assists while scoring 14.1 points per game.

Nets: Starters Joe Harris (toe) and DeMarre Carroll (right wrist) sat out, though Atkinson said they would be ready for the playoff opener.
