Kelly Loses It In CBS Interview, Denies Accusations

In a freakish interview that aired Wednesday morning, CBS host Gayle King spoke with disgraced singer R. Kelly, who is the subject of multiple sexual abuse charges.

CBS will air King's interview with R. Kelly on Friday at 8 p.m. ET.

What stories have disturbed him the most? That's why most defense attorneys urge clients to keep quiet. I'm going to take her to the concert. "I was more anxious that he was going to get up and leave", King explained. "When you beat your case, you beat your case".

King said that Kelly also claimed to have a mountain of evidence that would prove he was innocent, but did not share any with the host.

During the interview, Kelly exploded with anger and denial, breaking into tears, raising his hand and claiming that previous accusations of sexual abuse were not relevant to his current case. "He may not know all the evidence against him".

R. Kelly has been in and out of trouble for the last quarter of a century since he reportedly married an underage teenager in 1994.

Thiagarajah said he might allow a client to do such an interview - but only if he were confident the client could keep his emotions in check and "stick to a script".

"I will tell you this: People are going back to my past, OK?"

Mirroring a recent interview by "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett, Kelly opted to speak to a national media outlet rather than one based in Chicago. In October 2017 The Shade Room posted a photo on Instagram of R. Kelly with Joycelyn at the birthday party that Snoop Dogg threw for his wife Shante Broadus. "Quit playing, I didn't do this stuff, this is not me, I'm fighting for my fucking life". "This is not me!"

Donald Trump launches furious attack on Robert Mueller
He said the order doesn't set a bad precedent for future administrations because Democrats are "going to do that anyway, folks". It's never been done before and we're going to do it. "I've been there before with those people, I don't want to do it again".

Rand Paul reportedly to vote against Trump declaring national emergency at border
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said on Wednesday that he planned a vote on the measure within three weeks. And while the courts may, it puts on record every Member of Congress, and weakens Trump.

Talking about how he's fighting for his life led to his meltdown in which he got up from his seat, paced, cried and pounded his chest.

"With all I been through in my way, way past to hold somebody - [to hold] four, five, six 50 [young women] you said, how stupid would I be", he seethed. I'm trying to have a relationship with my kids and I can't do it! Forget the blogs, forget how you feel about me. Evidence against Kelly included a video which is alleged to show Kelly committing a crime. "It's not fair", Kelly said. He said Kelly did not have the whole amount because he has not been able to work.

Kelly was thrown back in jail on Wednesday, and he's expected to remain behind bars until he pays over US$161,000 in child support. His next court date is March 13. The singer has maintained his innocence.

An interview with "CBS This Morning" was Kelly's first since he was charged. The rest is scheduled to air Thursday.

During the interview with Gayle King, R Kelly denied the allegations against him and said, "That's stupid!" The parents of both women have said that Kelly "brainwashed" the two into staying with him.

King also asked Kelly about him being molested as a child and whether he thinks he needs therapy (he is considering it).

One person wrote Mr Kelly responded by "screaming, blaming, and escalating physically" when challenged by a "powerful woman". He also said that all of his accusers are lying.

The recording artist has been trailed for decades by allegations that he violated underage girls and women and held some as virtual slaves.
