Prosecutors said Hernandez openly identifies as a gang member and "has failed to mature into the law-abiding adult anticipated by the plea agreement". It also alleges that Fuguan Lovick, one of the arrested individuals, as the man who pulled the trigger at an April 21st shooting incident at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.

Tekashi 6ix9ine was arrested on federal crime charges in the evening of Sunday, November 18, TMZ reports.

According to the 17-page indictment, Tekashi is facing 6 counts, the most serious of which is discharging a firearm while committing a crime. The lawyer Lance Lazzaro also claimed that the feds' images generally show that Hernandez was not near the scene of multiple of the alleged crimes, including the April robbery, where he waited in the vehicle.

On Sunday night, federal agents arrested the NY rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine on racketeering and gun charges.

Daniel Hernandez - or, as he's usually known, Tekashi 69 - could be looking at a life sentence for his alleged involvement in the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, a gang that operates in New York City.

Tekashi's arrest comes after a 5 year investigation from the prosecution, reports Rolling Stone. 'This defendant participated in multiple acts of violence'. The gang has been accused of murders, robberies and other crimes throughout the Brooklyn borough of New York City. "The purposes of the Enterprise included preserving and protecting the power, territory, and profits of the Enterprise through acts involving murder ... and threats of violence". He's been indicted on a number of charges, and he could be looking at life in prison.

Lazzaro said his client had fired some of his co-defendants as part of his management and security team last week and was offered protection by federal agents on Saturday after some of them were overheard on wiretaps threatening his life.

Prosecutors didn't immediately detail the allegations against the rapper. Hernandez declined and returned home, where authorities kept him under 24-hour surveillance. His scheduled bail hearing for Tuesday was pushed to Wednesday since the judge was unavailable.
