Let's Go Digital discovered a Samsung Patent from July 2016 called "foldable electronic device, hidden display and information display method thereof". The Galaxy A9, which is due on sale in November, will cost a comparatively affordable £549.

The Galaxy A9 will be available here soon. On the front, it has 6.28-inch Super AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution. These are Caviar Black, Lemonade Blue, and Bubblegum Pink. Unlike the recently launched Galaxy A7, the new Galaxy A9 still sports a rear-facing fingerprint sensor.

Lastly, Samsung is also touting a large 3,800mAh battery with fast charge support via USB Type-C.

The Galaxy A9 allows you to capture dynamic and lovely photos effortlessly.

Drew Brees has done it: NFL's all-time passing leader wears #9

Twitter reacts Manchester City held to goalless draw by Liverpool
Klopp will be pleased at yet another shut out in Anfield, a run that extends back to February. Everyone knows that Huddersfield, even away, is an easier game than Manchester City at home.

Wolff fears 'freak' Hamilton injury in title run
Hamilton and Bottas held the lead cleanly through turn one but Vettel executed a magnificent first lap from eighth on the grid. Mexican Sergio Perez took best of the rest honors for Force India in seventh, while Romain Grosjean was eighth for Haas.

As far as the internal specifications are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) packs a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC paired with 6GB or 8GB of RAM depending upon the market. It comes standard with 128 GB of storage, although buyers have a choice to supplement that with either 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM. It offers a 2x optical zoom compared to the main camera.

This is all an update from the company's last release, the A7, which feature a triple 12 megapixel camera With Wide angle lens to take landscape pictures and Finger print scanner on the side.

The quad-lens system on the Galaxy A9 is made up of a main 24-megapixel sensor for generic shots and low light images, and a secondary 5-megapixel depth sensor for blurred backgrounds, otherwise known as bokeh effect.

With that being said, for selfies and video calls, you get a 24 MP single camera on the front having f/2.0 aperture. By our count that makes five. It comes with Android 8.0 with Samsung's Experience 9 UI skinned on top. To be fair, this once annoying overlay has become a much nicer environment in recent iterations, shedding its garish colours and insane amount of options for something more refined.

Overall, the Galaxy A9 (2018) hardware looks quite good for a mid-range smartphone, but the price tag will be a deal breaker. The A7 has a release date of 11 October and will cost £309 in the United Kingdom for the 64GB model.
