Third Brett Kavanaugh Accuser Comes Forward with Sexual Misconduct Allegations

Michael Avenatti on Wednesday tweeted a copy of a sworn declaration from Julie Swetnick-the third woman to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.

Swetnick said that she saw Kavanaugh and Judge together at at least ten house parties, and that the two would drink excessively and engage in inappropriate behavior around girls.

Swetnick, who released her sworn statement through high-profile lawyer Michael Avenatti, says she now holds an active security clearance and works "within the federal government".

In her statement, Swetnick wrote that she first met Kavanaugh and his friend, Mark Judge, in 1980 or 1981, when she was in high school and attended "well over ten house parties" with both of them present.

Avenatti also told reporters the woman, whom he did not name, has multiple security clearances and will "literally risk her life" by coming forward.

In yet another tweet, Avenatti said that his client is not Deborah Ramirez, the former college classmate of Kavanaugh's whose sexual misconduct claim against the judge was published by the New Yorker Sunday night.

Judiciary Committee Republicans say they are now reviewing Swetnick's allegations.

Avenatti said on Monday that his client could testify that Kavanaugh was part of a "gang rape ring". "I have never done any such thing, known about any such thing".

Not only did the GOP feel the need to hide thousands of documents about Brett Kavanaugh, he's also been caught lying multiple times, and is facing a credible accusation of attempted rape.

She claims in her declaration that Kavanugh was "verbally abusive toward girls", was a "mean drunk" and would "spike" the "punch" at high school house parties so he and his friends could take advantage of girls.

Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh testifies during the second day of his Supreme Court confirmation hearing on Capitol Hill Sept. 5, 2018 in Washington, DC.

"Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation", he said on Twitter. There's quite a bit more about Kavanaugh's drinking and attitude toward women in this affidavit than in specific allegations as to his actions in support of the gang-rape conspiracy.

Avenatti has for several days been teasing Swetnick and allegations he described as involving Kavanaugh and gang rapes in his adolescence.

Swetnick did not identify who allegedly raped her nor did she accuse Kavanaugh or Judge of raping her or physically assaulting her in any way.
