The judge also called the 81-year-old a "sexually violent predator", and it was determined that his name will be on a sex-offender registry sent to neighbors, schools, and victims.

Simpson says Cosby has another thing coming his way in prison unless he is placed in protective custody.

The disgraced actor, who is legally blind, looks forlorn and does not look directly at the camera.

A member of the prosecution team from Cosby's trials says Constand, the comedian's chief accuser, told her she was happy with his sentence.

Cosby will serve his time at SCI Phoenix, about 20 miles from his gated estate.
