Celebrity Big Brother: actor leaves house after claiming punch by Ryan Thomas

A Celebrity Big Brother spokesperson confirmed Roxanne Pallett had left the show this morning in a statement.

Pallett's exit came after media regulator Ofcom received 11,215 complaints from viewers over her reaction after accusing Thomas of punching her. Big Brother gave the former Coronation Street star a warning over the incident.

A Celebrity Big Brother spokesman told the BBC: "Roxanne has chose to leave the Big Brother house. The remaining housemates have been informed".

Since leaving the house Pallett has deleted her Twitter account.

Gabby adds: "There's two sides to the story and we've only heard one side of it".

In the wake of the controversy, fans have demanded the housemates be shown the footage of the initial incident. "I'm thinking, that's not right!" You can clearly see he's broken.

'Roxanne made a decision to leave the CBB house late last night after deliberating for two days with some sensitive issues she felt strongly about, ' she said. She has now been reunited with her fiancé and family and thanks everyone for their support during her time in the show'.
