Apple is gearing up for another press conference where it'll no doubt have a new iPhone model waiting.

San Francisco: Apple Inc. set 12 September as its most important day of the year when the world's most valuable public company will unveil the next iPhones.

While the overall design of Apple's new iPhones may be similar to the iPhone X, the inclusion of a larger model with a 6.5-inch screen will be welcome for fans of the Plus-sized iPhone models.

The event will be held in Cupertino, California, at the Steve Jobs Theater on the company's Apple Park campus, according Apple's website. Shared by 9to5Mac, the image shows two iPhones that look similar to the current iPhone X, but with gold outer edges. This iPhone is also expected to only have a single rear camera.

It's now unclear if Apple will save this announcement for later in the year or reveal all alongside its new range of phones.
