Fortnite's One-Time Rocket Event Is Happening Tomorrow

It is possible that game developer Epic Games is battling data miners by switching things up as they leak, and now a final date for the rocket launch has been announced.

Along with the sandbox-style Playground mode (which now remains offline while Epic irons out issues that cropped up shortly after it launched), this week's Fortnite: Battle Royale update marked the start of another limited-time event, Final Fight Teams of 12. While more details on the event haven't been revealed, there is a huge rocket in the area, so it looks like a launch and related aftermath could bring new changes to the game.

Fortnite's heralding a pretty important event tomorrow, and if you're planning on being out of the house for a bit, you may want to rethink those plans.

Recent rumours suggest that Epic Games have chosen to make this nearly like an LTM, with fans needing to play at the right time to watch what happens next.

And it also explains why Epic Games have chosen to have the Rocket launch happen on the weekend. The event, which is now referred to as 'Blast Off!' will only happen once so this will be the only chance players get to see what unfolds.
